I work with the Vialex Legal Counsel Service team providing advice to clients on the entire range of corporate and commercial matters.

My experience in corporate and commercial law has been gained from time spent in both private practice and as in-house legal counsel with a large international organisation, which has equipped me with valuable business knowledge and expertise.  This has enabled me to develop a deeper understanding of the key needs of our clients and their businesses, and how best to tailor and deliver timely, practical and pragmatic legal advice and assistance to each.
