I’m an experienced corporate and banking lawyer working as part of the Vialex Transaction Services Team encompassing general corporate, M&A, and private equity transactions.

I enjoy providing clear, pragmatic, and client-focussed commercial advice, and am always keen to find solutions for clients that work for them and for their businesses. I enjoy building up a relationship with a client over the course of a transaction, and am always approachable.

In my spare time I teach on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Edinburgh University, where I am a tutor on both the banking and corporate finance electives.
