I am a trainee solicitor and joined Vialex as a first-year trainee on completing my diploma in legal practice. I work as part of the Transaction Services team providing support on both commercial real estate and corporate matters, such as property purchases and leases, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and company secretarial services.
