I work with the Vialex Transaction Services team, advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

As a corporate lawyer, I have experience of a wide variety of transactions including share/asset purchases and disposals for private and LSE main market listed companies.

I also have expertise in advising early-stage companies, and angel syndicates and EIS funds investing in them.  I assist clients with many of the issues that early-stage companies encounter, including fundraising, employment matters, IP and commercial contracts.  While raising funds is always going to take time and effort, the legal side of the process does not have to be difficult and we aim to make it as easy as possible.

The best part of my role is working with clients, of all types and sizes, over the long term to help grow their business or investments and to see them through to an exit.
