Working as part of the Legal Counsel Service team at Vialex, I advise clients on a range of commercial contract and regulatory matters.

Having previously worked at a large international law firm in London, I have experience across a variety of industries, including media, technology, advertising, and retail, and expertise ranging from drafting software licences to advising on television production.

I have also spent time in-house at two major tech companies, providing legal advice and managing risk in the context of their fast-moving commercial strategies and priorities.

Working in the Legal Counsel Service team gives me greater insight into the day-to-day functions of our clients and the specific challenges that they are required to navigate. This allows me to tailor my advice to what’s happening “on the ground” so that I meet the precise needs of the business, and also provides the opportunity to build great working relationships with clients.
