I completed my solicitor training on secondment with Vialex from the WS Society and now work within the Transaction Services team as a Legal Adviser.  I work across a range of corporate matters to provide support on mergers and acquisitions, share option schemes, private equity investments, and the provision of company secretarial services.

I am also a member of the Vialex CSR committee which provides me with the opportunity to consider our sustainability practices, the impact we have on our community, and how best to support our charity partners.
