Working with the Vialex Legal Counsel Service Team, I provide general commercial legal advice to our clients on a wide variety of issues.

My background is in corporate and commercial law, having spent periods working in-house in the financial sector and in private practice based in the corporate team of a large international law firm. I have experience with a wide range of corporate and commercial arrangements and business drivers, supporting clients in multiple locations and sectors.

My role at Vialex allows me to ‘step inside’ the business and provide tailored commercial legal support to assist with decision-making. I enjoy learning about each business we support, building relationships, and feeling like we really do become a trusted part of the client’s team.
