I am a Senior Consultant working with the Vialex Legal Counsel Service team, providing advice to clients on a wide range of commercial matters including software licensing, supply agreements, MSA’s and services agreements, and distribution and sales agreements.

I have held various senior in-house legal roles with global sports rights holders and governing bodies, production companies, and major event organising committees both within the UK and abroad. This has exposed me to a broad range of experience covering almost all areas touched by commercial contracts for both vendor and customer.

I am a pragmatic and motivated lawyer who always strives to achieve efficient outcomes for our clients in a friendly and approachable manner, whilst minimising the often unnecessary ‘legalese’ and complexity.
