I completed my training on secondment with Vialex from the WS Society and now work as a Legal Adviser within the Vialex Transaction Services Team. I provide support in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, share option schemes, commercial property transactions, and also in the provision of company secretarial services.

I enjoy taking time to understand where our work and each transaction fits within our clients’ wider strategic plans and I find it very satisfying to see tangible results of our work, helping clients’ grow their businesses and achieve their goals.
