The best way to think of it is that our Transaction Services team deals with those types of work typically outsourced to a law firm even if a business has an in-house legal team. That might be due to their specific characteristics, whether size, materiality, complexity, or by dint of the fact that it falls outside the expertise of the in-house team. Whether a business has an in-house legal team or not, we offer a reliable, responsible, and flexible service that is cost-effective by comparison with other providers; and, of course, for those clients who engage with our Legal Counsel Service, there is a seamless integration of day to day advice with transactional expertise.
